Class Zero: Planetary
Limited to a single world, little to no contact with anything or anyone beyond their planet. Although divided, some may have a primitive space program capable of traveling within their solar system.
Class One: Inter-Planetary
A unified civilization with complete control over two or more planets. Capable of traveling throughout their solar system with ease and perhaps even the closest stars.
Class Two: Inter-Stellar
A unified civilization that has complete dominion and control over two or more star systems.
Class Three: Galactic
A unified civilization that has complete dominion and control over a single galaxy. May be capable of traveling to the nearest neighboring galaxies.
Class Four: Inter-Galactic
A unified civilization, or alliance of civilizations, that have complete dominion and control over two or more galaxies.
Class Five: Universal
Essentially gods of their own universe, capable of technological wonders that baffle the imagination. Having the ability to control and manipulate the laws of physics as they see fit. May have the ability to travel to other universes and dimensions.
